Little Black Dress and Fringe High-low Cape Jacket: Alia Bhatt for Jabong | Tassel Belt: Style Fiesta | Bracelet: Halcyon Days | Sunglasses: Style Fiesta | Bag: Burberry | Shoes: Clarks | Styling: Done by me | Hair and Makeup: Done by me | Photography: Keenan Pereira | Editing: Done by me
Black, white and chic all over. I think the simplicity of monochrome makes it a timeless classic, and it’s always set to dominate our wardrobes.
Black and white make the perfect partnership. They come together making a visually stimulating impact, which is modern, cool and assertive. Whether it’s prints, stripes, or color blocking, working the monochrome look is so easy and so effortlessly chic.
I personally LOVE wearing monochrome and this Alia Bhatt for Jabong look that I put together was simply perfect for me.
Alia Bhatt launched her first clothing line “Alia Bhatt for Jabong” and by teaming up with the country’s largest online shopping platform Jabong. She designed a collection that is quite possibly an extension of her personal style and is a reflection of her own self. Picking three distinct moods – bohemian, party and casual denim – she aimed at creating fashion staples for budding stylistas.
I personally love her collection, its chic, totally on trend and SO comfortable at the same time. So, to create my monochrome look I teamed up this black, full-sleeve, classic little black dress with a monochrome fringe, high-low cape jacket from her collection. To add on to my look I wore a black tassel belt and a pair of black matte sunnies from Style Fiesta.
In addition to that, I chose to wear this beautiful set of black and white bracelets from Halcyon Days that were simply stunning, had a gold touch and completed the outfit.
Founded in 1950 as an emporium of antique gifts in Mayfair, London, Halcyon Days today has evolved into a strong lifestyle brand delivering luxury products, and it continues to create their signature enamel pieces, while they add new categories to create full collections of luxury goods and fashion accessories. They ensure that both design and quality is never compromised and they sure have achieved that!
I further carried a Burberry, black bag which had a slight gold touch to it.
Burberry is a luxury brand with a distinctive British sensibility, strong international recognition and differentiating brand values that resonate across a multi-generational and dual-gender audience. The company designs and sources womenswear, menswear, non-apparel and childrenswear, distributing through a diversified network of retail, wholesale and licensing channels worldwide. Since its founding in England in 1856, Burberry has been synonymous with quality, innovation and style and this bag enhanced the whole look!
Lastly, I chose to wear this beautiful pair of black, lazer cut, suede heels from Clarks, which were SO comfortable.
Founded in 1825 by brothers Cyrus and James, Clarks is a global business, that sells shoes in over 35 countries around the world. From contemporary looks inspired by the catwalk to shoes that put growing feet in safe hands, one name says it all – Clarks. From “everyday footwear” to “party wear” they design, innovate, manufacture and sell more than 50 million pairs of shoes every year.
Have a look! Happy viewing 🙂
Exciting new posts coming soon! And I would love feedback!
Until next time,
