So my parents recently (like a month ago), brought me back this pair of green banana-leaf printed culottes from H&M, from the States and I simply LOVED it, the shape, length, color, print, everything!
Today culottes are fashionable in a big way and it’s officially time to embrace these beautiful, most comfortable wide-leg, cropped pants, as according to me, they are definitely here to stay!
Besides the fact that today it’s all about the “new, loose cropped trousers”, for me personally culottes are the perfect pair of pants to get through Mumbai’s unpredictable weather! As, they have all the benefits of a voluminous bottom, with a flattering hemline, have a very versatile shape, and are so so comfortable.
At times, styling these pants can be tricky and I myself took some time to decide what ill team these beautiful pants from H&M with, but in the end I went for a really relaxed look and spent my whole day in them, fuss free.
So this wide-cut, calf length culottes with a green banana-leaf printed pattern was so soothing to the eye, especially because of the color, and was so comfortable – more because of the elasticized waistband and side-seam pockets. I wanted to go for a more relaxed, hassle free, earthen look as I mentioned, and so I paired these pants simply with a beautiful and simple laced white tank top from Abercrombie, a sheer white jacket and a suede brown fringe bag – both from a local store in the States that my parents got for me as well!
Adding on to the look, I completed it, and balanced it out with brown, zipper flats from Aldo and lastly I wore Style Fiesta’s super cool indigo circular sunglasses that added to my look.
Have a look! Happy viewing 🙂
Exciting new posts coming soon! And I would love feedback!
Until next time,
